Frequently asked questions

The most common questions about exporting vehicles from Miami.

What do I need to export my vehicle?+

Mainly the original vehicle title in the correct name and a valid ID. Depending on the destination, additional documents may be required; we'll tell you the exact requirements when you request a quote.

How long does shipping take?+

Transit time depends on the destination port and the shipping line's schedule. When the booking is confirmed we provide estimated departure and arrival dates, and you can track them from your portal.

How do I know my vehicle's status?+

From your private portal you can see the status at each stage, plus photos, documents, balances and shipment info (container, booking, ETD and ETA).

What documents do you provide?+

A warehouse receipt, a photographic record of the unit, and the corresponding shipment documentation. Everything is available in your portal.

Which countries do you ship to?+

Central America, South America and the Caribbean, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic and Colombia, among others. If you don't see your destination, contact us.

Does the vehicle need to be in Miami?+

Ideally yes. If it isn't there yet, we can guide you on the logistics to bring it to our Miami yard.

How do I get a quote?+

Fill out the quote form with your destination and vehicle details. We'll contact you with the details; no account is created automatically.

How is payment handled?+

We coordinate payment terms when the service is confirmed. For balance questions, your portal shows the status and you can contact our team.
